Terms of Use
Last Updated: May 2026
1. Cosmetic Skincare Services Only (Non-Medical Disclaimer)
Beauty Trip Diary is registered as a beauty salon and skincare studio (美容美學工作室) in Taiwan. We are NOT a medical facility, medical aesthetic center, or healthcare facility.
2. Client Disclosures & Medical Conditions
To ensure your safety and avoid adverse reactions, you must disclose all relevant skin conditions, history of allergies, sensitivities, or active treatments (including recent laser treatments, chemical peels, or use of prescription drugs like oral isotretinoin or topical retinoids) prior to scheduling any cosmetic session.
If you have active medical skin concerns, open wounds, infection risk, or any condition requiring professional healthcare guidance, please consult a licensed medical professional before booking cosmetic services. Beauty Trip Diary is not a substitute for medical care, and we reserve the right to decline cosmetic services when a guest's skin appears outside the scope of beauty care.
3. Booking & Rescheduling Policies
All appointments are made through our online booking form or our official LINE account. We require a 24-hour advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Consistent no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beauty Trip Diary and its staff shall not be liable for any skin irritation, redness, temporary breakout, or other reactions that occur as a result of undisclosed client allergies, health conditions, or failure to follow post-session care recommendations.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and all relations between Beauty Trip Diary and its clients are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising under these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taoyuan District Court in the first instance.
