Our philosophy is simple: if an item cannot be autoclaved, it must be single-use. We never compromise on this rule to save costs.

This protocol applies to all sponges, spatulas, gauze, extraction tips, and protective bed linings. Every client receives a completely fresh, unopened set of disposable materials that are discarded immediately after the session concludes. Your skin never touches anything that has been used on another person.

The most frequently used "tools" in any aesthetic care session are the professional's hands. Our aestheticians adhere to a strict, multi-step hand hygiene protocol.

Before ever touching your skin, hands are washed thoroughly with antimicrobial soap for a minimum of 20 seconds, dried with single-use towels, and sanitized with sterile-grade alcohol. During extractions, we use fresh, premium professional protective gloves to create an absolute barrier. We believe that professional touch should be comforting, safe, and impeccably clean.

Sanitization extends beyond the tools to the very air you breathe and the room you relax in. Between every single client appointment, our care rooms undergo a comprehensive reset.

All surfaces are wiped down with professional disinfectant. We then utilize UV-C and ozone sanitation systems to refresh the air and surfaces between appointments while the room is empty. When you enter our studio, you are stepping into a space prepared with care and discipline.

Skincare formulations, especially those rich in active botanical ingredients and vitamins, can easily degrade or become contaminated if stored improperly.
